HMC Save The Bay Volunteer Day - Nov. 23

Event Details

Join Harvey Mudd College alumna Elaine Hart ’06 with other alumni, parents, and friends, for a day helping improve San Francisco Bay wetland habitat with Save The Bay! Volunteer activities vary by season, but you can help improve the Bay's wetland habitat by removing non-native weeds, planting native species, and cleaning up the shoreline.  The activities are easy to learn and make a positive impact on the health of the wetlands.

Expect to get dirty! Be prepared to be outdoors for the duration of the project, so dress in layers, and bring a hat. Save The Bay provides all restoration tools and gloves and tools, educational instruction with maps and other materials and water and granola bars.

This event has reached capacity.  If you are interested in being on the wait-list email alumni@hmc.edu with 'HMC Save the Bay Day" in the subject line.  Thanks for your interest!
